Save your time on this Chicken Teriyaki food prep!

Since my man and I only have the time to prep a little, we constantly look for easier and cheaper recipes throughout the weekday.

Here are the only ingredients you'll need for this prep

•2lb chicken

    - In this recipe, I used a 2lb chicken breast.

Kikkoman seasoning mix

•Oil of choice for base

-

Tools:

•Pan (if you want to sear the chicken)

OR

•Baking pan (for oven use)

Marinade Instructions:

1. Prep and clean the 2lb chicken of your choice.

2. Let it marinade for 30 minutes.

Sear Instructions:

1. Coat the base of your pan with the oil of your choice. For those who like using measurements, 1tablespoon of the oil of your choice should work.

2. Place the pan on the stove and turn it on to high heat. Once your pan is hot, slowly turn it down to medium heat.

3. Add the chicken meat. Let it sear until the top part looks pale.

4. Once you see a pale color on the top part of the chicken, FLIP it over for about 3-5 minutes. Keep checking on this until you know the inside of the chicken meat is fully cooked.

5. If you have extra marinade chicken pieces, repeat steps 3 and 4. Food is ready to serve!

Oven Instructions:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°F

2. Coat the base of your pan with the oil of your choice. For those who like using measurements, 1tablespoon of the oil of your choice should work.

3. Place the chicken meat in the pan and place it in the oven as soon as it's ready.

4. Cook the meat for 45 minutes. You may need to check the meat every 10 minutes and flip it for a balanced taste.

5. Take the meat off the oven once ready and serve it. 😋
